No. Initially Shop is a for-profit social enterprise. We don’t accept donations — we run a shop. Our model is fair licensing: every artist earns a guaranteed royalty on every sale, and we operate a sustainable business to keep that going.
Every product features original artwork licensed directly from the artist — we hold a signed licensing agreement for every design, the artist retains full copyright, and each item is an authorized reproduction of their work. Each agreement guarantees the artist 10% of net sales from every item sold, written into the contract, not optional. We handle production and fulfillment.

Every item features original artwork from our roster of artists, with new products and creators added on a rolling basis.
Yes — custom merch is a core part of what we do. We work with businesses, schools, and community organizations to produce custom-branded items featuring our artists’ work. Visit our custom order page to learn more and start the conversation!
Any presale item is expected to ship in 1 to 2 months.
Every presale product is a custom order — designed around the artist’s work, produced in a small run, and reviewed at each stage before it leaves the factory. The process runs: design finalization → factory production → quality sample review → shipping. We hold every batch at quality control to confirm the final item is the best possible match for the artist’s original work. We do not ship until we’re confident it meets our standards.
Because each presale item is produced to order and a guaranteed royalty goes directly to the artist on every sale, presale and custom-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders typically process within 2–3 business days. Standard US shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our New York studio. Free shipping on US orders over $50.
Yes. Local pickup is available at Scarsdale Public Library. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will send pickup instructions by email once your order is ready.
For orders over $50, we accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For orders under $50, all sales are final unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Because a royalty is paid directly to the artist on every sale, we enforce this strictly. Presale and custom-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
