Library Lunar New Year: Calligraphy & Culture Volunteer Day

On March 1st, Entong volunteered at a Westchester library Lunar New Year celebration, helping visitors of all backgrounds explore Chinese calligraphy and brush painting. Red tablecloths lined the room, ink stones were set out, and a cultural presentation played on screen as Entong and fellow volunteers guided participants through their first brushstrokes.

The Westchester Asian Film Alliance partnered with the library to bring this cultural program to the community — and Entong's warm presence made first-time calligraphy writers feel right at home.
